1. General
The service is provided by PMSPORT N.V. ("Parimatch", "we"), registered in Curaçao and licensed by Curaçao eGaming (No. 8048/JAZ). These terms apply to all products: casino, live casino, sports betting, esports and crypto play.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You must not be a resident of a restricted territory where online gambling is prohibited.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Your Account
- One account per player, per household, per device. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bonuses voided.

- The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Minimum deposit is $10 (or currency equivalent). Parimatch does not charge deposit fees; blockchain network fees apply to crypto.
- Withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC). Crypto withdrawals process within minutes of approval; card and bank methods take longer.
- We reserve the right to apply standard anti-fraud review to withdrawals above a threshold.

5. Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit up to $1,500 plus 200 free spins.
- Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount, to be met within 30 days. Free spins expire 7 days after activation.

6. KYC & AML

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parimatch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, technical interruptions, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. The licence is held under Curaçao eGaming No. 8048/JAZ.
12. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
